Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at crafter@vinylpicks.com or call 1-772-877-3712. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Return Policy

To be eligible for return, items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition. 

*Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return.*

Returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date.

*Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund*

Please email crafter@vinylpicks.com or call 1-772-877-3712 to initiate a return. Please include your order number in your email.

Returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in new and unaltered condition. Refund will process less shipping charges, within one business day. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 days to credit to your account.
